Note to Kids' Camp Parents -- PLEASE READ!

Kids' Camp Coordinators are certified teachers Anne Zabenco and Joanne Maldini. Arrival – Students meet each morning by 8:45 AM in the Kids' Camp Home Base, in Room #403. Kids will be escorted from class to class and are always supervised. If they need to arrive before 8:00 AM, please advise us ahead of time.

Basket Making Mary Carty

Learn the age-old skill of basket making. Starting basket will be easy; additional style baskets for repeat students.

  Session 2, 10:30 – 11:30, Rm #403
Bowed Psaltery Tish Westman

You'll be learning to play a 9 note Bowed Psaltery, anancient instrument that's lots of fun! We'll be able to to play tunes the first day! It's a very easy, one handed, no fingering, no “fretting” instrument! Instruments will be provided.

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY JENNIFER MUSGRAVE

This year we'll construct our own pin-hole cameras and learn how to use them to take photos! You'll learn lots more in this fun class!

  Session 4, 2:45 – 3:45 PM, Rm #403
Beginning Mountain Dulcimer Amelia Satterly & Kayla Clark Instruments will be furnished or you can bring your own. Learn the basics of playing this fun instrument. Intermediate level and above will also be taught by other instructors.
  Session 5, 4:00 – 5:00 PM, Rm #403

A variety of exciting crafts will be taught each day. New projects from previous years! Cynthia Merenbloom will teach BEADWORK during this session on several days.
